As an affiliate, you act as an independent promoter-not an employee, agent, or representative of Power Mind Lab.

Your participation is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the ability to review, approve, or remove affiliates at any time based on conduct, alignment, or performance.

2. Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Own or manage an active online platform (social media, newsletter, blog, website, or community).
• Promote ethically and truthfully, in alignment with our brand identity and values.
• Agree not to use misleading, exaggerated, or manipulative marketing tactics.

Affiliates whose content promotes hate, discrimination, adult content, or unethical practices will be declined or removed immediately.

3. Affiliate Account & Dashboard

Once approved, you’ll receive access to the Power Mind Lab Partner Dashboard, where you can:

• Generate and track referral links.
• Monitor real-time sales and commissions.
• Access marketing assets and product information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring all information provided is accurate.

4. Commissions & Payments

Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a percentage of each qualifying sale made through their unique referral link.
• Commission rates are displayed in your partner dashboard and may vary per product or campaign.

Payment Schedule

• Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out once the minimum payout threshold (e.g., $50 USD) is reached.
• Payments are issued via [PayPal/Stripe/Bank Transfer – specify as applicable].
• Allow up to 14 days after month-end for processing and validation.

Refunds & Chargebacks

• If a customer requests a refund, cancels, or issues a chargeback, corresponding commissions will be deducted or reversed.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must represent Power Mind Lab truthfully, ethically, and in a manner consistent with our brand philosophy: clarity, authority, and authenticity.

Do’s

• Use official product descriptions and visuals provided by Power Mind Lab.
• Share personal insights or testimonials based on genuine experience.
• Use promotional materials that reflect our dark, sophisticated aesthetic.
• Include clear disclosures such as “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”

Don’ts

• No spam, unsolicited emails, or mass DMs.
• No bidding on branded keywords (e.g., “Power Mind Lab,” “DOMINATE book”) in paid ads.
• No false promises, exaggerated claims, or unauthorized discounts.
• No framing our products as medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed results tools.

Affiliates found violating these principles may have commissions forfeited and accounts terminated.

6. Intellectual Property

All Power Mind Lab content, including eBooks, logos, visuals, copy, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Power Mind Lab.
You may use approved assets solely for affiliate promotion, without alteration or rebranding.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute our eBooks, PDFs, or course content.
• Modify our logos or graphics.
• Use our brand identity to create competing offers or misleading lookalikes.

7. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable marketing, advertising, and disclosure laws, including:

• FTC Endorsement Guidelines (U.S.)
• GDPR (EU) for handling personal data.
• CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.) for email campaigns.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content meets these standards.

8. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Power Mind Lab.
You may not act on behalf of, bind, or make statements for Power Mind Lab.
All promotional activities are done at your discretion and expense.

9. Termination

Power Mind Lab reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account immediately, without notice, if:

• You breach these terms.
• You engage in deceptive or unethical conduct.
• Your promotional style misrepresents the brand or harms our reputation.

Upon termination, you will lose access to the dashboard, links, and any unpaid commissions related to pending or disputed sales.

10. Limitation of Liability

Power Mind Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
We make no guarantees regarding sales volume, conversion rates, or earnings.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be sent via email or posted on the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.

12. Acceptance

By joining or continuing as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
You affirm that your participation will uphold the spirit of Power Mind Lab-truth, mastery, and intelligent influence.
